These terms govern the mobile services VoltFix Auto ("VoltFix", "we", "us") provides to you — battery replacement, jump starts, battery testing, starter and alternator repair, and the mobile mechanical services listed on this website — whether you book by phone at 058 268 0900, WhatsApp or this website. By confirming a booking or accepting a written quote, you accept these terms.

VoltFix Auto is a mobile service operating in Dubai. We do not have a customer-facing workshop.

We come to the vehicle's location in Dubai. The price and arrival window are confirmed in writing before dispatch. Some jobs cannot be completed safely at the roadside or in a parking bay; if a job needs workshop equipment, we tell you before work begins and refer you.

We do not carry out engine rebuilds, gearbox overhauls, bodywork, dent repair or paint. Those services require a workshop.

A written quote identifies the work and parts included. The amount you are quoted is the amount you pay for that scope, unless the vehicle or access differs from what was described.

If the vehicle differs from the description — a different battery group is needed, or access requires extra work — we tell you before proceeding, and you are free to decline at that point.

Quoted amounts are valid for the day they are given unless the quote says otherwise. We re-confirm the price before dispatch.

We give an arrival window in writing before dispatch. Traffic, access restrictions, weather and earlier jobs can affect it. We update you if the window changes. An arrival window is an estimate, not a guarantee.

Warranty terms depend on the battery supplied. We confirm any supplier warranty in writing before fitting. We do not add or extend a warranty of our own.

A warranty, where provided, covers the terms stated by the battery supplier. It does not cover damage from accidents, fire, flooding, vehicle electrical faults, physical damage or use outside normal road conditions.

We follow the vehicle manufacturer's specified procedures where they apply. Working on vehicles with pre-existing faults carries risk, which we explain before starting when it is relevant.

We may refuse or stop a job that cannot be performed safely at the location. If that happens, we explain why and tell you what the next step requires.

Payment is due on completion of the job unless agreed otherwise when booking. Acceptable methods are confirmed when your booking is arranged. We do not take card details through this website.

You can cancel before the technician arrives. If the technician has already arrived and you cancel the job, a call-out charge may apply — we confirm this before dispatch if it applies.

We are responsible for damage demonstrably caused by our workmanship. We are not liable for pre-existing faults, indirect losses or consequential costs.

Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under UAE law.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Emirate of Dubai and the applicable federal laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any dispute will first be raised with us directly and otherwise falls under the jurisdiction of the Dubai courts.
